The challenge
Rewired operates in a competitive, globally-facing services space. When the campaign began in October 2023, the site had effectively zero organic footprint — no meaningful rankings across any of the 57 non-branded terms we identified as priority targets.
The challenge was compounded by the domain being relatively young in authority terms. Building organic visibility for a global brand from a standing start requires patience and precision. There's no shortcut to accumulated domain authority — only consistent, well-executed work over time.
The goal was clear: build a ranking base that would grow month on month, capture high-intent non-branded searches, and deliver an organic channel that could compound without the ongoing cost of paid acquisition.
What we did
We built the campaign around a keyword architecture designed for long-term authority growth rather than quick wins. That meant targeting a mix of terms where we could establish early rankings — building confidence and traffic while authority accumulated — alongside more competitive terms that would take longer to crack.
Technical foundations were addressed first. The site needed structural work to support an effective crawl and indexation across all target pages. Schema, internal linking, and page-level optimisation were all implemented before content work scaled up.
Content was developed systematically across the keyword portfolio, with each piece mapped to a specific intent and stage of the buyer journey. For a global brand, that also meant ensuring content spoke to an international audience without sacrificing the specificity that drives high-intent conversions.
Link acquisition focused on relevance: editorially placed coverage in publications read by the target audience, not volume-driven link building that ages poorly.
The results
What makes the Rewired campaign distinctive isn't a single dramatic moment — it's the shape of the growth curve. From October 2023 to April 2026, visibility has climbed in a consistent, almost linear trajectory. No sharp spikes, no retreats. Just steady, compounding progress month after month.
Of 57 tracked non-branded keywords, 36 now rank on page one — every one of them moved from zero at campaign start. 13 terms rank in the top three, also from zero. 48 keywords have moved up overall. Growth in top-10 non-branded rankings is up 2,300% since the campaign began.
