The challenge
Rewired is a Rapid Transformational Therapy practice serving clients across Melbourne, Dubai, and Singapore. When the campaign began in October 2023, the site had effectively zero organic footprint — no meaningful rankings, no domain authority, and no established presence in any of the three markets.
Building organic visibility from a standing start is challenging in any single market. Doing it across three distinct regions simultaneously — each with its own competitive landscape, local signals, and search audience — requires precision from day one. There's no shortcut to accumulated authority, and for a brand-new domain, every early decision compounds.
The category adds another layer of complexity. RTT therapy is an emerging modality with significant search demand but also significant competition from established wellness and psychology providers. Ranking without the right backlinks, high-intent content, and local signals would have taken years — so we needed to accelerate everything.
What we did
We approached the campaign as a long-term brand build, not a quick SEO fix. That meant establishing the technical foundation correctly before scaling content, and building genuine relevance in each region rather than chasing generic volume.
Dedicated landing pages were created for Melbourne, Dubai, and Singapore — each structured to give Google unambiguous local signals while genuinely serving the audience searching for RTT therapy in that market. Content was developed to address the specific intent of people researching the therapy: what RTT is, how it works, who it helps, and how to find a practitioner in their region.
Targeted blog content was produced to build topical authority around RTT and mental wellness — relevant, helpful content that reinforced the site's expertise signals over time.
On the authority side, an extensive backlink strategy targeted publications in the health, wellness, and mental wellbeing space — the editorial placements that signal genuine credibility to both Google and potential clients.
Technical foundations were addressed early: schema, internal linking, and page-level optimisation all in place before content work scaled up.
The results
From a standing start, the growth has been consistent and compounding across all three markets. Every keyword moved from zero.
Of 57 tracked non-branded keywords, 36 now rank on page one — every one moved from zero at campaign start. 13 terms rank in the top three, also from zero. 48 keywords have moved up overall. Top-100 non-branded rankings are up 2,600% since the campaign began.

Organic traffic grew from near-zero to consistent monthly sessions across all three regions.
